In collaboration with the UW school of Pharmacy the School of Social work is hosting a lecture and meet & greet with visiting U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Officers (COs), including the Acting Surgeon General Boris Lushniak, this Thursday, November 7th. Students interested in public health and current issues in the field will have the unique chance to meet with and hear from several renowned COs. This is an excellent opportunity to become involved and/or prepare for a career in public health.
