PHD Fellowship funding for program in Washington, DC

Did you know that the PhD program in social work at The Catholic University of America is the 3rd oldest one in the world?  The program is robust, producing significant scholarship and highly skilled scholars who have gone on to prominent careers in academia. Faculty at NCSSS are leading experts in their respective fields. CUA is located in the heart of Washington, DC, just a few Metro stops from the US Capitol and federal agencies. CUA is truly a great place to complete a PhD in social work!

Great News! Financial support has been acquired for eight doctoral students per year that includes full tuition for six years, as well as fellowships at $18,000 to $20,000 per year for the first two years. Given the magnitude of the award, CUA is seeking only the highest quality doctoral students who will be engaged in active scholarly work in one of the five research centers.
