We encourage you to participate by attending as a representative of your department so these potential students can learn about your program. In addition to attending, a resource table will be provided at the reception for undergraduate students and we encourage you to contribute your program’s informational handouts and/or recruitment materials and participate in the mixer.
The first 90 minutes of the program is geared toward undergraduate students gaining valuable insights and perspectives of current graduate students regarding the stages of the graduate school experience. During this section undergraduate students choose which stage(s) of the graduate school process they are most interested in, and will gain information and tips to effectively manage that process. The second half of the event will include a delicious buffet, raffle prizes and grant the opportunity for both UW faculty, staff, graduate and undergraduate students to mingle in an informal setting
