The Coalition is growing and we are hiring for two important new positions to help us be collaborative, strong, and effective. Please review and disseminate the detailed job descriptions below and on our website.

Member Services Coordinator
The Member Services Coordinator is responsible for developing skills, capacity, and advocacy at Coalition member organizations. This includes activities like planning, managing, and staffing monthly General Membership meetings, developing high quality case manager trainings for staff working in a variety of homeless services and affordable housing settings, and ensuring strong engagement of staff of member organizations in Coalition activities.

The ideal candidate will have significant previous experience working in direct human services, and a desire to use that experience to support direct service staff and volunteers at a community level. You should be well-versed in adult education principles and styles, have strong facilitation skills, and be comfortable communicating and collaborating with individuals from diverse economic circumstances, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, physical and mental abilities, and sexual orientation.

Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is a strategic position that ensures internal operations run smoothly and align with the Coalition’s mission. This hands-on role is responsible for day-to-day operations, providing administrative support in all aspects of the organization’s work. Over the coming year, this position will expand to include additional accounting-related responsibilities, with training in this area provided as necessary.

An ideal candidate excels at working as part of a small, agile team, knows how to plan ahead and balance priorities, and keeps daily activities running smoothly and organizational strategic goals on track. You should be an agile and creative problem solver with experience in improving internal systems, who is excited about taking the lead on our internal operations.
