ASPO Otobase

Otobase background

The Otobase program is built around a relational database kernel originally designed to support clinical surgical trials in the medical field. The Otobase kernel can be customized to meet the needs of different specialties. For more information, e-mail otobase@u.washington.edu.

Since Otobase was developed specifically for use as a research tool, the term subject is used rather than patient both in the software's interface and throughout this Help system.

ASPO version

The ASPO version of Otobase includes a detailed, anatomically based set of data points designed to study respiratory papillomatosis.
