Abstract: Research will be conducted to develop a more thorough understanding of the demographics and landscape requirements of the Island Marble Butterfly (Euchloe ausinodes insulanus). The Island Marble Butterfly was recently rediscovered in San Juan Island National Historical park after it had been thought to be extinct for 90 years. Research will aid park managers and other conservation agencies in the development of strategies to enhance the long-term survival of the Island Marble Butterfly.
