Abstract: This project is will create baseline documentation through detailed catalog records in ICMS that will accurately describe the current intellectual and physical condition of the records and provide baseline data for future monitoring and reporting. Completed associated donation/release and copyright documentation and updating the content and location of collections in Interior Collection Management Systems (or its successor) catalog records as well as creating records for any previously undocumented items discovered are essential actions to improve accountability for, and physical and intellectual access to, these archival media records. This project would complete cataloging for 300 media materials and approximately 22,000 associated documents.
