This modification is being issued to identify a newly numbered Cooperative Agreement, W912HZ-26-2-A029, for Aquatic Invasive Species Survey and Treatment on Lake Umatilla and Lake Celilo to carry forward the option(s) that had not been exercised under W912HZ2220026 prior to the migration of agreements into the new contract writing system and any unforeseen modifications as applicable. 

This new number is necessary for the agency to adapt to the Army’s new contract writing system (ACWS) and ensure that all future activities related to this cooperative agreement can proceed without issue. 

Cooperative Agreement number W912HZ-26-2-A029 will abide by the same terms and conditions agreed upon at award of agreement number W912HZ-22-2-0026 and all subsequent modifications.
