Abstract: The PIs will work closely with individual park and other designated NPS personnel to identify sources of data and other information describing the status of coastal water resources in Aniakchak National Monument and Preserve, Katmai National Park and Preserve, Kenai Fjords National Park, and Lake Clark National Park and Preserve. Separate reports for each park will be generated to assess the state of knowledge regarding the condition of coastal water resources in these parks; describe important habitats and biological resources; identify current and imminent threats from human activities; and offer recommendations for continuing studies.
