A. Objective(s): Understand better management of forested lands in western Oregon.
B. Public Benefit(s)
• Better understanding of forest management on the O&C revested railroad lands.
• Improvement of the commercial value of forest biomass (that otherwise contributes to the risk of catastrophic fire or insect or disease infestation).
• Improve biological diversity and enhance productivity and carbon sequestration.
