Abstract: 

The Oregon Biodiversity Information Center at the Institute for Natural Resources at Portland State University (ORBIC) will work with Oregon State University and NRCS on an integration of national level vegetation classifications across multiple federal agencies and partners. Specifically, this effort will focus on integrating the US Forest Service (USFS) Terrestrial Ecological Unit Inventory (TEUI), the USFS/Department of Interior (DOI) LANDFIRE, the Interagency U.S. National Vegetation Classification (NVC) and NRCS Ecological Sites.

Integrate ES with USFS Terrestrial Ecological Unit Inventory (TEUI), TNC Landfire Biophysical Settings, State Natural Heritage plant communities, and NatureServe National Vegetation Classification.
