Abstract: The Oregon BLM has a need to have the S&M species that are listed in the 2001 ROD for the Amendments to the Survey and Manage, Protection Buffer, and other Mitigation Measures Standards and Guidelines for the Northwest Forest Plan analyzed for EGR and ESR. These analysis are necessary for the BLM to analyze whether or not these species would qualify for the Oregon BLM Special Status Species List.
