Abstract: The objective of this Task Agreement is for Southern Oregon University (SOU) to collaboratively provide for the management of spatial data, spatial analysis, mobile mapping development, map book development, and field crew support, as appropriate, in support of the National Park Service (NPS) Klamath Network Inventory and Monitoring (KLMN) Program. In addition, SOU will work with the KLMN to collaboratively develop a protocol for the KLMN land use/land cover vital sign that integrates efforts being completed by the national NPS I&M program. Major products developed under this Task Agreement will include ArcGIS map books and associated data layers for each park and for the Tower House historic area in Whiskeytown NRA (WHIS), a land use/land cover protocol, a variety of mobile mapping products (.apl files, geodatabases, and Access databases), and various reports and work plans associated with spatial analysis, map book development, server management, and protocol development.
