The purpose of this action is to initiate a New Master Cooperative Agreement (MCA) under Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU) #NPS-PANO-CESU-2020 and Notice of Funding Opportunity #P23AS00132. There is no funding tied to this agreement, all funding will be awarded under subsequent task agreements.
