Abstract:
This project supports Burned Area Recovery projects to efficiently restore fire-affected areas. A Seeds of Success crew will collect seeds across four parks in the Pacific Northwest, so that NPS has plant materials on-hand and ready for post-fire restoration, reducing the need for long term management. The crew will also collect seeds to assist post-fire recovery actions to stabilize areas after the 2024 Pioneer Fire.
