Abstract: Project provides information on the effects of fules reduction treatments no fishers in the southern Sierra Nevada. The objectives of this pilot study are to obtain data on control sites and pre-treatment data on sites scheduled for treatment, and to assess the effectiveness of scat-detection dogs in providing information on habitat use by fishers.
