Abstract: The DMS is a response to a lack of information required to implement the Recovery Plan for the Northern Spotted Owl, The Northwest Forest Plan, and the BLM’s Resource management Plans. The proposed work has three benefits: 1) document vegetative dynamics and average conditions in matrices, where target densities were achieved 2) document average treatment responses and 3) response gradient analysis.
