Abstract: Funds under this award are to be used to report on plover survival, productivity, and progress towards recovery, including success and failure of management activities, and identify threats that may need immediate attention. Funding will be used to conduct breeding and winter surveys as well as monitoring throughout the breeding season.

The Service Will:
• Participate in breeding window and winter window surveys
• Participate in staff training and management direction
• Participate in WSPL workgroup meeting and predator management direction

The Recipient Will:
• Conduct winter and breeding window surveys
• Train staff to conduct monitoring and public education /outreach
Provide weekly reports during the breeding season as well as summary report at the end of the breeding season which will contain banding information, a GIS file of all nest locations, and any data collected throughout the life of the project.
