Project Title: Marine Mammal and Habitat Monitoring-Cook Inlet Beluga Whale Prey at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER)
Responses to this Request for Statements of Interest will be used to identify potential organizations for this project. Approximately $522,500.00 is expected to be available to support this project for the base period. Additional funding may be available to the successful recipient for optional tasks and/or follow on work in subsequent years.
Period of Performance: The base period of the agreement will extend 18 months from the date of award. There may be up to six (6) 18-month follow-on periods based on availability of funding.
The SOI due date is requested no later than Noon CDT, 4 May 2026, questions or clarifications due no later than Noon CDT, 20 April 2026. Details are included in the attached PDFs.
NOTE: To be considered for award, the intended Recipient AND intended Subrecipients and Recipient- Contracted vendors must have an active NIST SP 800-171 Assessment. See attached NIST Requirement notice for details.
If selected to submit a full proposal, the proposal turnaround time will be shorter than usual.
