• Your name and other identifying information will be kept on secure, password-protected computer at the Bernier Lab in the University of Washington.
• Your information will be kept confidential and only study staff will have access to this information.
• You may refuse to participate and are free to withdraw your interested and your identifying information at any time.
• If you choose to not participate your identifying information will be permanently removed from the Bernier Lab.
• All research recruitment has been approved by the University of Washington’s Institutional Review Board (IRB).
