Margaret Kuklinski Named to National Academies Behavioral Health Committee

SDRG Director Margaret Kuklinski was recently appointed to a National Academies committee tasked with developing a blueprint for a national prevention infrastructure for behavioral health disorders. The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine provide independent, objective advice to inform policy with evidence, spark progress and innovation, and confront challenging issues for the benefit of society. The committee will identify best practices, funding needs, prevention strategies, and research gaps, and will make actionable recommendations, including policy development, at the state and federal level.
