Victoria Zapata

Victoria is the grants management coordinator for the Social Development Research Group (SDRG), working closely alongside the grants manager to prepare, support, and manage research proposal submissions for both federal and non-federal sponsors. She focuses on the internal grant submission system and coordinates administrative activities to streamline workflows and ensure strict compliance with institutional policies. Serving as a vital link during the proposal process, Victoria maintains close communication and collaboration with principal investigators, research division staff, and external partners to achieve successful submissions that support SDRG’s mission of promoting healthy development in young people. She ensures that every proposal complies with the latest federal policies and sponsor guidelines.
