Increasing support to families impacted by opioid use disorder.

The Northwest Center for Family Support (NCFS) increases access to family-focused evidence-based interventions (EBIs) that support caregiver treatment and recovery while promoting prevention for their children.

NCFS provides free consultation, EBI training, and technical assistance to community service providers who support caregivers in opioid use disorder (OUD) recovery. 

The EBIs that NCFS supports strengthen parenting skills, promote bonding, support caregivers in recovery and improve the health and wellbeing of young people. Support beyond treatment of the individual are needed to help families impacted by OUD.
