Case #5 - A 64 year old with progressive L leg pain

 
CLINICAL CASE:
A 64 year old banking executive presents with a 6 week history of progressive left calf and thigh cramping after walking 2 blocks at a rapid pace. This interferes with his lifestyle in that he cannot complete 18 holes of golf because of left leg fatigue.
