Case #8 - A 72 year old with intermittent L eye visual changes

 
CLINICAL CASE:
A 72 year old woman presents with a two week history of intermittent 10-20 minute episodes of left eye visual disturbance ("curtain shade" over upper visual field), numbness and weakness of the right upper extremity with right facial drooping, and expressive aphasia.
