Bio

Sebastian Tong, MD, MPH is a board-certified family physician and addiction medicine specialist. He is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at UW School of Medicine where he sees patients, conducts research and teaches. He is also the Associate Director of the WWAMI region Practice and Research Network. Dr. Tong believes in a holistic, patient-centered approach to patient care. He aims to provide the most evidence-based care to patients taking into consideration their preferences and values.

Dr. Tong’s clinical interests include whole person, patient-centered primary care, maternity/pregnancy care, and care of patients with addiction.

Dr. Tong enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping and biking; working out at CrossFit; and playing guitar and piano.
