Bio

Daniel Brelsford, MD, enjoys caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds, as well as building relationships with families. His goal is to help patients live healthy and fulfilling lives. He has been providing gender affirming care since 2016, and fully supports and advocates for trans and gender diverse individuals in his community and hospital system. His interests in medicine include LGBTQ+ health, pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), supporting new parents and their children, nutrition, and travel medicine. In his practice, he strives to help all individuals with their health needs, including hormone management, but also care for the whole patient as well.

He loves to spend time outside, either in the pool or cycling, and spending time with my husband and our kids. Dr. Brelsford has a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH. He completed his family medicine residency here at Valley Medical Center.
