UW Medicine is committed to caring for and supporting the transgender, gender non-binary, and gender diverse community. While we endeavor to expand gender affirming surgical services and increase access to gender affirming care and expertise in Washington and across WWAMI ( WA, WY, AK, MT, ID) we also collaborate with our surrounding mental health providers in the community and on the UW campus to help us in our efforts. Below are local provider databases that can help locate a gender affirming provider by location, insurance and specialty, as well as WA county resource guides.
