Attendance
We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the UWSOM Clerkship Attendance Policy. Requests for anticipated time away from the clerkship must be made via this form at least 6 weeks prior to the rotation start date NOT the requested absence. Do not assume your request will be granted. Unanticipated absences during the clerkship must be communicated to your current assigned site contact AND the Medical Student Program.
