Charles is a veteran of the Marine Corps. He was a logistician while he was serving and also conducted embassy security work with the State Department, serving in the countries of Jordan, China, and Denmark.
He began his college education at Pierce and Shoreline Community Colleges before transferring to UW to pursue a degree in international studies with a political science minor.
Outside of school, he likes to spend time with family and friends, travel to new places, play video games, go on long drives, and more.
