Nathan is a US Navy veteran, who served as an Electrician’s Mate and Gas Turbines Systems Technician (Electrical) from 2011 to 2019. He was stationed in many places across the country, but decided to stay in Washington upon discharge from service.
In academia, Nathan started school at South Seattle College and later transferred to the University of Washington, pursuing a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (focused on Power Systems Engineering).
Nathan has varied hobbies, including weightlifting, motorcycle riding, magic the gathering, and many different video games.
