Artist Trust 2020 Benefit Art Auction Volunteer Information & Survey
Thank you for your interest in joining the Volunteer Team at the Artist Trust 2020 Benefit Art Auction! This is the perfect opportunity to help support on the most dynamic art happenings in Seattle, all while interacting with local artists and enthusiasts. Volunteers are an important part of Artist Trust’s day-to-day activities, which help fund artists throughout the entire state of Washington. We looking forward to seeing you on March 28th!
Below please find important information about this year’s event:
● The Auction will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Seattle Center’s Fisher Pavilion.
● Drinks and snacks will be provided for all shifts, but feel free to bring something extra to help keep your energy up.
● Please remember to drink water throughout your shift. Filtered water fountains are available at Fisher Pavilion—we encourage you to bring a refillable water bottle.
● For those working the event, we ask volunteers to wear something considered Dressy, unless otherwise specified in the volunteer description below. The theme for this year’s event is “Paradise.” Dress to impress, with a creative botanical flair.
● Please wear comfortable, flat shoes for moving quickly on the cement floor of Fisher Pavilion.
● Auction night volunteers will eat a simple dinner in the volunteer room. Event volunteers will not be seated at guest tables and will not be served alcohol at the event.
● You will be assigned to a specific volunteer team with a team captain. Please arrive on time for your volunteer shift, check in with the volunteer coordinator for introduction to your team captain, and be ready to work!
● Working for three or more hours earns you an annual membership to Artist Trust!
Below are a list of the volunteer positions and the time commitments needed. Please review the opportunities to find one that’s right for you!
