Bob Hembre completed his Ph.D. studies at Colorado State University, studying with Jack Norton, after receiving his M.S. from the University of Wisconsin (with Charles Casey). He was an assistant professor at the University of Nebraska before joining the Eastman Chemical Company. He is currently a Principal Research Chemist at Eastman.
