We have found the root of the problem with the release station timeouts and are working to get that fixed as soon as we can.
UPDATE: A fix has been pushed out to all machines, we will be logging off the computers over the next half hour to apply the fix.
RESOLVED: The fix has been applied to all release stations, please email firstname.lastname@example.org if the problem persists.
Dawg Prints services will be unavailable for the next 3-5 minutes due to an unplanned server reboot.

The morning of October 30 the Blackboard system will be down at 6:15 am. All print services will down during this time period. The maintenance is expected to last less than 15 minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience!
During an upgrade to the husky card blackboard system this weekend all printing will be down. We are expecting it to be down all of Saturday but may also be down on Sunday.
When will the outage begin? HFS has scheduled the upgrade to start at 8 AM on Saturday the 26th.
When will the outage end? Some time before the end of Sunday.
What error will DP users see? The print process will appear to be working properly until attempting to release a job. Users at a release station will experience long delays when swiping their Husky card/DawgPrints card, eventually receiving a timeout error. This will be due to the blackboard system not being online to identify a user from the magstripe on the card.
We shut our servers down around 7:30 this morning for some routine maintenance. They will be back up and running at 7:45. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!
Some locations are reporting billing going offline. We are working to get it back up as soon as possible.

We have been able to localize and resolve the issue. Printing should be working normally again. If you continue to see an error message please restart your print station to clear the message. Please contact Dawg Prints support if you continue to see errors.
