We getting reports of users experiencing errors when attempting to swipe their cards to pay for jobs. We are currently investigating the cause of this problem.
UPDATE (11:26): We have traced the current issues to a problem between the Dawg Prints servers and are currently working on resolving the connection problem. In the meantime urgent print jobs can be released by to going to the Dawg Prints Center located in the Communications Building B-042.
UPDATE (1:35): Dawg Prints Systems are now functioning normally. The problem was tracked to the Blackboard transaction servers. Blackboard has fixed the errors and we now appear to have normal operations. We are currently experiencing issues with services on Boris. You will not be able to send jobs, or release them from the queues. The server is now restarting and we will update this page once more information is available.
Update: All services have been restarted and are now running normally.
There was a service outage this morning on the Boris print server. The service was restarted at 9:15 this morning and all printing is running normally.
Additionally we have received reports of Access+ stations in Odegaard printing to the East Asia Library queue by default. Learning and Scholarly Technology has been informed of this issue and is currently working to resolve it.
A short outage of about 5 minutes occurred early Tuesday morning as servers were updated with the latest security patches and restarted. All systems are now functioning normally.
