Nutritional Sciences Minor

Interested in nutrition? Want to know more about food systems and public health? The Minor in Nutritional Sciences is a strong addition for students interested in health fields. Students pursuing the minor are presented with a multidisciplinary perspective on the field of nutritional sciences, including its metabolic/biochemical, behavioral, and public health aspects.
