    Summer internship opportunity with Seattle Children’s

    Seattle Children’s award-winning Transportation & Sustainability Department is seeking three graduate student (or recently graduated) interns to help implement the department’s work plan this summer.

    Transportation Planning Mobility Intern – Support the evaluation of and improvements to the organization’s mid-day mobility program. Tasks will include conducting stakeholder interviews, collecting and analyzing data, researching mid-day mobility solutions, process mapping, etc.

    Transportation Planning Data Analysis Intern– Provide data and policy analysis support for a diverse set of programs, including the organization’s Guaranteed Ride Home and parking programs. Tasks will include  collecting and analyzing parking data, calculating the price elasticity of demand for parking, proposing improvements to the organization’s parking lot count technology, etc.

    Transportation Planning Business Processes Intern – Support the evaluation and development of internally-focused education and outreach campaigns related to the organization’s workforce transportation policies and benefits. Tasks will include conducting stakeholder interviews, collecting and analyzing data, conducting new hire process mapping, etc.
