NPS Opportunity: Boyd Evison Graduate Fellowship

BOYD EVISON GRADUATE FELLOWSHIP FOR THE GREATER YELLOWSTONE ECOSYSTEM

2019 CALL—APPLICATIONS DUE JANUARY 25, 2019

The Grand Teton Association (GTA) offers a fellowship of up to $10,000/project for graduate studies focused on documenting lesser-known aspects of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem–Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, the John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Memorial Parkway, and surrounding lands. Projects that cover multiple parks or cross jurisdictions are encouraged. The fellowship especially seeks to advance studies of ecosystem elements such as air and water; geologic elements and processes; plants, insects, reptiles, amphibians, fungi; and social science related to public understanding of natural resources use or management. Projects may extend over several seasons, and must comply with appropriate agency regulations and permits (separately administered from this fellowship).
