Instructions for screen SRF405

This screen is used by Data Services to manually post grades to a student's record before the first grade run. Grades entered on this screen can be viewed on the SRF100A and SRU610 screens. These grades transfer to the SRF316 screen as a part of the first grade posting for the quarter. After initial grade posting occurs, the 405 screen is no longer available for that quarter. The SRU316 screen is used after the first grade run to manually post grades.

On this screen, some codes and the meanings are displayed. For instance, CLASS: 03-Junior and ENROLLMENT STATUS:12-REGISTERED.
