This screen is similar to the SRF100 screen in that it displays a student's current schedule and has many of the same columns. The SRF100A is different from the SRF100 in that all course transactions are displayed. Also, section meeting times and course locations are not listed on this screen.
STATUS: Unlike the SRF100, it is not just the "active" courses that are displayed. The following is a list of possible letters that can be displayed in this column and what they mean:
DATE: This field displays the date the status of the course became effective.
GRD: This screen includes grades that have been scanned before the official grade posting has been done. Once the official grade posting has been done, the grades disappear from this screen and are posted to the SRF316 screen (the transcript side of the record as opposed to the registration side of the record).
M This field displays an alpha character if the same section of a course has been dropped or readded more than once. An "A" will translate to a "1" on the SRF316 screen in the M column.
R This field indicates whether or not the student is repeating a course. The number indicates the number of times the course has been repeated. If it has been repeated more than once, the credits and grade are not factored into the students credit totals or CUM GPA.
FA This field indicates if a course is ineligible for Financial Aid.
