Instructions for screen SRF530

This screen is used by the Data Services Office to manually enter test scores each time a student takes one of the placement tests pre-requisites. Test scores are also updated by downloads processed nightly. The SAT, ACT, TOEFL, and GRE test scores are usually uploaded via files received from different testing services. The files are encrypted when received and must be decrypted before the upload process.

ACT There are two different actions which can be processed on this screen. A = add, D = delete
TEST Indicates abbreviated name of the placement test or the test type.
SCORE indicates the score earned. this is used for pre-requisite checking.
%TILE the percentile
DATE the date the test was taken by the student
SOURCE where the test information can be found
ENTERED the date the test score was entered in the SDB
FULL TEST NAME the test name
