COLLEGE BOARD

Collegeboard writes the tests that you will submit for your college
applications. We will register online using our UB fee waivers. Follow
the directions carefully - you must create an account and answer all
of the questions. Also DO NOT forget your password or you will be
locked out. Finally we need your log-in infomation for the Department
of Education reporting (our funding source) and record follow-up.

ACT

The ACT test is another test that you can take for college admissions. This
test has a different structure than the SAT and there are no guessing penalties.
Instead of going back and forth from math to verbal, the ACT will test you in
READING, WRITING, MATH, SCIENCE and GRAMMAR. Once you complete,
you are done with that section. You can also register for the ACT online by
going to the link above. UB also has waivers for this test. Note that not all
colleges accept ACT, so you must check ahead of time. ACT scores are sent
to you in the mail.
