Conference registrants may visit our CE Corner for information and forms required to be awarded continuing education contact hours for attending Working Together for Elder-Friendly Futures.
Professionals (Optional; see also “Washington State Pharmacists” below):
A certificate for up to 11.4 contact hours (Day 1=5.3; Day 2=6.1) will be awarded to registrants who complete all course activities (including signing in at the registration table each day), the conference Evaluation Form and a Registration Form for Continuing Education Contact Hours (available at the CE Corner). There is a recordkeeping and handling fee of $40, payable by credit card only, for registrants. Conference staff will collect the registration and evaluation forms before you leave the conference on the last day (Day 1 or Day 2), keeping all information secure, and submit them to UWCNE. Registrants do not need to mail in individual forms; certificates will be mailed by UWCNE.
Psychologists: UWCNE qualifies as a CE program sponsor under the Washington Administrative Code, WAC 246-924-240(1).
School Personnel: Provider approved as a clock hour provider by the Washington State Board of Education.
Social Workers and Counselors: UWCNE qualifies as a Washington State CE program sponsor under the Washington Administrative Code, WAC 246-809-610.
All Other Disciplines: A contact hour certificate will be awarded for use in documenting attendance at this continuing education program provided UWCNE.
