WrapStat
WrapStat is the new data management system for WERTs Wraparound Fidelity Assessments including the WFI-EZ, the TOM 2.0, and the DART. WrapStat became available for use in September of 2020. It's function is to replace the existing WrapTrack system which will officially retire in March of 2021. All licensed WFAS collaborators will gain access to WrapStat and receive ongoing WrapStat technical assistance from WERT.
The new system asks for you to enter basic information (such as Unique ID, age, date of enrollment, date and status at discharge) on all youth in your Wraparound program. With that information in place, the system enables you to:
- Track enrollments and discharges
- Draw a random sample of your youth to administer a Wraparound Fidelity Assessment to
- Send communications to potential WFI-EZ survey respondents
- Collect and track data on fidelity and outcomes
- Monitor progress in via the WrapStat Dashboard
- Prepare standardized WFI-EZ, TOM 2.0 and DART reports
- Export data into an excel file
