Graphic Design Student Intern – UW Athletics

The university of Washington Athletic department is seeking a graphic design student intern for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year. This internship opportunity to be a part of a Pac-12 athletic department while also creating design portfolio pieces. The position will assist creative team in the creation of design materials such as flyers, t-shirts, social media graphics, internal graphics for all departments in Athletics. Be a part of a rapidly growing industry! This internship is unpaid. Open to all majors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

• Motion graphic experience a plus

• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

• Creative eye and drive

• Ability to collaborate with others

• Comfortable working on Mac computer

• Experience with digital photography a PLUS.

• Available to work in the office, during the week, as well as during football games and other games as assigned.

• Knowledge and interest in college athletics a PLUS!
