ADMISSIONS SUPERVISOR

OVERVIEW: This position supervises the Admissions Representatives, Leads, and Volunteers, as well as manages the daily operations of the ticketing desk, coat check, fourth floor and onsite membership sales. This supervisory position is key to generating financial support for the museum by managing the daily operations of the on-site admissions and membership revenue streams.

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
HOURS: Full time, Wednesday through Sunday
COMPENSATION: $18.69 per hour

ADMISSIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER

OVERVIEW: Provide a high level of professionalism, customer service and leadership co-supervising the Customer Service Center (CSC) and admissions desk, staff & operations. Generate financial support for the museum by overseeing the admissions box office portion of the CSC by providing technical support by phone & help desk requests, event & exhibition programming, reporting and selling memberships. Supervise the CSC Lead and the admissions staff and operations when scheduled to be the manager on duty. Be the ticketing system database manager.

DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS

OVERVIEW: The Director of Admissions is a critical management position providing institutional leadership on the development of admissions strategies to maximize attendance and maintain a superior experience for all Seattle Art Museum visitors. The successful candidate will be a creative, strategic leader with hands-on management experience, skilled at leading diverse cross-functional teams. They are responsible for departmental oversight and providing an excellent visitor experience; supervising admissions and customer service staff; and implementing, tracking, analyzing, and reporting visitor survey data and feedback. They will identify best practices to increase attendance and provide budget guidance and projections on exhibition attendance.

FLSA STATUS: Exempt
COMPENSATION: Salary range $75,000-$85,000 annually
REPORTS TO: Chief Marketing Officer
