The Goodlad Institute for Educational Renewal at UW Bothell is seeking a part-time graphic design production artist for the design and revision of curriculum for NSF-funded inter-state educational project, Learning in Places. Duties & Responsibilities
The production artist will work with the lead designer to use layout templates and create new curriculum materials including lesson plans, frameworks, and other educational tools that will be used by educators across the country. This is collaborative, project-based work that has tight deadlines and will include iterative revision of content by the content developers. An Adobe Creative Cloud account will be provided for you, if you don’t already have one.
Minimum Qualifications
• Experienced and proficient in Google Docs, Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, Creative Cloud • Familiarity with InDesign style sheets • Minimum 1 year graphic design experience • Production of files for print and web • Designing multi-page InDesign layouts • File management
Educational Benefits
