Clinical and Statistical Core

Mission

The Clinical and Statistical Core facilitates collection of clinical samples and provides statistical analyses for the studies performed in the Scientific Projects and the Genomic and Isolation Core. Primary activities include: (1) recruitment, evaluation, and retention of participants to enable collection of clinical samples for studies performed in Project 3; (2) provision of data management, power calculations, and analysis for experiments in Projects 1, 2 and 3 and for sequencing data generated in the Genomics and Isolation Core; and (3) management of clinical samples for sequencing performed in the Genomics and Isolation Core.
