Congratulations to Betsy Rolland, HCDE PhD 2013 and former CSC Lab student, for being awarded a very competitive National Cancer Institute (NCI) Cancer Prevention Fellowship. On December 7, 2012 Alex Thayer defended his dissertation entitled “Understanding University Students’ Use of Tools and Artifacts in Support of Collaborative Project Work”. Director Charlotte P. Lee recently received an award of $16,000 from Nokia Research’s US University Collaboration funding program.
