A study in Diabetes Care found dasiglucagon is an effective, fast and reliable treatment in restoring plasma glucose levels among children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes following an insulin-induced hypoglycemia. The findings, based on data from 59 participants ages 6 to 17, showed that those who used dasiglucagon or glucagon had the same PG recovery time, while those who used placebo had a longer PG recovery time.
